Customize Your Dashboard with Nutrient Goal Cards

You can now choose which nutrients you want to track directly on your Dashboard, giving you a more personalized nutrition journey. With 16 common nutrient goals to choose from, you’ll have the tools you need to focus on what matters most for your health.

  • Want to cut back on sugar? Track sugar intake to ensure you’re meeting your daily targets.
  • Focusing on heart health? Saturated fat levels are important metrics to monitor.

With your most important nutrition metrics front and center, making better food choices and achieving your health goals becomes simpler.

How to Add Nutrient Goal Cards

Getting started is easy! Here’s how you can add Nutrient Goal Cards:

  1. Update to the Latest App Version: Make sure you have the latest version of the app for iOS or Android.
  2. Tap the Edit Button: On the homescreen Dashboard, tap the new Edit button to start personalizing your goals.
  3. Add Nutrient Goals: Premium members can add one or two Nutrient Goal Cards by tapping the + icon on an empty goal card. Not a Premium member? Try Premium free for 30 days to access this feature!
  4. Select Your Nutrients: Scroll through the list of 16 nutrient options, tap + to add your preferred nutrient to your Dashboard, then tap Done Editing if you’re satisfied with one goal card or add another.

Quickly Update Calorie, Weight, and Fitness Goals

Along with the new Nutrient Goal Cards, our latest update offers a new way to quickly edit existing goals for calories, weight, exercise, and steps. Tap the Edit button on your Dashboard and select Edit Goal to make adjustments that keep you aligned with your health goals.
